I tried both links you gave me and neither of them worked. That's when I double checked and saw that you accidentally misread the model number. I needed RCRF03BR but you gave me RCRN03BR. Can you give me the right instructions?

All apologies. I have a manual and codelist for a RCRF03B, not a BR:

Use code search to find something that will control some or all functions. If a search of all codes contained in the remote fails, you may have to try a different universal remote. All universal remotes do not contain all possible codes.

Sorry it took so long to respond to your request for assistance. You can find the instructions and codes you need to program your television at the RCA customer support website [http://www.rcaaccessories.com/rcaaccessories/ ] Copy this web address and paste it into the address bar of your web browser. This will take you to the RCA main customer support page. Just go to the universal remote control section and find your model remote control. Use the model number to find the technical support information page. On this page will be a copy of the owners manual and the remote control codes to use with your products. Lost manual to rca universal remote, lost programing to operate remote

RCA Universal remote codes for the Mitsubishi TVs are...006,011,014,019,022,027,041,056,061,068.
First, turn on TV
Press and hold code search button on remote
Press and release the TV button
Enter the three digit code you want
Release code search
Push channel up, if device responds, that code worked.. If not, repeat steps 1-5 with each code until you find the one that works. This information can be downloaded from http://www.thompsontv.com/rcarc.html
If you want a hard copy with codes for all TVs.
