Question about HP Computers & Internet
Go to start>control panel> printers and faxes>preferences>services> ( This is how I bet to services on my own HP.) There may be another route for you. At any rate you need to get to the services tab to figure out wihich cartridge is low, if you don't know. When you do know, just open the lid of your printer while it has power and the cartridges will move to the position where you can remove them. Just gently lift out the old cartridge, peel off the protect tape on the new one, being careful not to touch the copper contact area, and insert it in the slot.DO not leave the new cartridge standing out of the pacage more than thirty minutes. It should slip right in and you will know that it is snug and in place.. If your printer does not then automatically print an calibration page within a few minutes, you should do so, from the same area where you checked your cartridges above. Good luck. This aligns the new cartridges and guarantees a good color print.
