Question about Acer Aspire 5500 5570-2609 Laptop
This happens to me on the laptop that I am using currently. This may just be the settings of your touch pad. To see if it is the settings, click the 'windows' icon on the lower left screen then click control panel. Select 'mouse' Your touch pad may be under the 'touch pad' , 'device setting' or 'dell touchpad'. This would depend on the manufacturer. Adjust the scroll settings until you get the desired setup.
If this does not work it could be some wiring issue or the touch pad may be defective.
