Okay, got a problem here. just got a new keyboard. comp was on, plugged in keyboard, didnt work. restarted computer - started to work. then i turn the computer off, go to sleep, and the keyboard does not work. its GE power keyboard for PS2 port. WIN XP used. tried to uninstall keyboard drivers but nothing is listed there. help please! thanks
Did you install the CD software program for the Keyboard?
The Keyboard should have been plugged in before you started your computer. Then you should have installed the CD program.
Also after installation if it doesn't work try the following:
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
