When i login in my facebook account and went to the home page i cant see anything . only blank space . what is the problem ? can you give me any solutions ?

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer such as 6 or 7 it would be essential to upgrade to at least 8. Alternatively, download Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and use that.

Facebook is heavily reliant on Javascript that is not available in older browsers.

If you are using Internet Explorer 8, try using the No Addons version to see if there is a conflict with an addon or toolbar on your Internet Explorer:
  • Click Start menu
  • Click All Programs
  • Click Accessories
  • Click System Tools
  • Click Internet Explorer (no addons)

Cafe word loading problems for several days. Please help I wan to play and I can't...

Try refreshing the page once or twice. You can also press "F5" to refresh. If refreshing does not result in your game loading properly, try the following troubleshooting measures:

Update your browser:
There are several documented issues surrounding Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) and Flash Content. If you are using IE8 we suggest that you try a new browser such as Safari 4, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.
We also recommend that you always make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser.

Other things to try:

Clear your cache.
Clearing your cache will make your system run faster and smoother. Internet pages will load faster and most importantly, you will be able to obtain the most up-to-date games features at Zynga!
How do I clear my cache?

For Internet Explorer:
1. Launch Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools > Internet Options.
3. Click the Delete button in the Browsing History section.
4. Click on Delete.
5. Close Internet Explorer and re-launch.

Verify that JavaScript is enabled

Zynga games utilize JavaScript which is a client side technology. This means that the actual processing of some of the things that happen within the game will occur on your computer and not on our servers.

If you are experiencing difficulties loading our games or using features within our games you may need to verify that your current internet browser has JavaScript enabled.

Internet Explorer users, please do the following:

  1. Open the Tools menu.
  2. Select Internet Options, to open the Internet Options dialog box.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click the Internet symbol (a globe).
  5. Click the Custom Level button, to open the Security Settings dialog box.
  6. In the Settings list, scroll down to Scripting.
  7. Under Active Scripting, click the radio button to the left of enable, so that a colored dot appears in it.
Use a Plug in connection rather than use wireless.

Disable pop-up or ad-blocking software.

Download the latest flash player - If you need help with this see my tip here:

Try all the above mentioned things. If the problem still persists then you should contact Zynga directly.

Wishing you all the best.

All web browsers in WIndows XP will usually have JavaScript enabled by default, but on occasion, it will be turned off. By turning JavaScript on in your web browser, you will have access to more interactive content when you visit certain websites. For Windows XP users, JavaScript can be enabled in both the Internet Explorer and Firefox web browsers. Open the Internet Explorer Click on "Tools" in the top menu bar and choose "Internet Options."
Go to the "Security" tab at the top of the window and click on the "Custom Level" button. croll down to the "Scripting" category and click on the "Enable" option next to "Active Scripting." JavaScript is now enabled.
  • Step 4 Scroll down to the "Scripting" category and click on the "Enable" option next to "Active Scripting." JavaScript is now enabled.
