Pro -92 comes up all channels are locked

Turn the radio off, then back on, and press the reset button gently. This will not clear the memory. Go to for a manual if you need one.

My shift lever on my 92 bronco made a snap noise, now it wont shift.Just flops around

Ok ready to stand on your head under the dash?
It's doable... there is a flange connected to the gearshift lever under the steering column. If you remove the lower dash cover where the fuses are, you should be able to see it when you move the gear shift lever... look around on the floor of the truck to see if you dropped a star-headed bolt or two... these bolts worked loose on my superduty and made shifting very was an easy fix... let me know how you do on it.

Scanner problem

check this link for user manual if you need it
to heard trunking you should check if your scanner can handle this communications protocols.
to set frequencies, you should know wich band are they working, VHF, UHF, or 800, to start scanning.
Even they are in trunking, you will heard trunking channels but maybe just one side of the communications
