The lens doesn't get tilted unless it's been abused. That means it was
dropped, sat on or stepped on. The warranty doesn't cover anything like
that. It would cost money to be fixed. Tell your parents what
happened, and tell them you are sorry. Maybe you are too young yet to
have a camera. They are delicate things, and you have to treat them
very gently. I have had cameras since I was 11 years old, and I have
never dropped one or ruined one in any way. Sorry this happened...
