Question about TruTech PM1919BXA1 19 in. LCD TV
It could be the settings on the cable/satellite box. Make sure that it is set to 16:9 turn off/disable any 4:3 override or native resolution setting, and set the resolution to 720p. Make sure to accept and save the changes.
If the television isn't connected to cable or satellite box and this happens no matter what the television is connected to and on all of its inputs then it could be loose
