Question about Computers & Internet
Scenario #1:
You MAY use the free agent software that came preloaded on your external drive.
IF your external drive is physically attached to your PC, your PC should recognize (beep).
Open MY COMPUTER, and the drive should be reflected in this window.
If your computer recognizes the drive, double click on the drive and you should see the program to activate the preloaded software.
Scenario #2:
If your external drive is connected & your PC recognizes the drive, you can copy files to the drive using Windows.
Select the file or files you wish to copy
Ensure the file or files are highlighted. When they are highlighted, you can do a RIGHT click and select SEND TO.
You want to SEND TO your external drive.
Hope this helps. Send a reply if I can be further assistance.
