The best thing to do is take your forks into a bike shop that works on suspension and have them take a look. It could be low on oil and/ or air and bottoming out or it could be something more serious.

If you know the year of the fork you can pull an owners manual from the Marzocchi website. They keep a running inventory of all their manuals in PDF, this will also help to diagnose the problem and let you know what you will need to overhaul.

Oil level in Marzocchi ET85

I tried to find this for you. Try using the terms you gave on a Browser search for that Title. There are all sorts of Blogs and hits ranging from the TRW company buying Marzocchi to both the gearbox and fork oil sumps.

Seems Marzocchi also was into the electric Power Steering on cars as well as Ducati products. On the Blogs, there were people talking about changing the oil in their units. This would perhaps help you find the quantity and type of lube they used. I did see a 2.5W oil mentioned but it did not show the application.

Hope this helps you.

I baught an old Specialized Hardrock Stumpjumper and the front forks are Marzocci XC the out side seals look fine, no cracking but they have leaked fuid all over everything, How hard is it to rebuild these...

There are severall answers to this question (with videos) if you use a search engine for "rebuild marzocchi xc fork". You can get creative with the search terms.

As far as parts availability is concerned, scour the web (search engines again) or eBay.

Maybe hit the marzocchi site, register and ask them or search for documentation.

This is most likely not the answer you are looking for, but I would highly recommend taking these into a bike shop that has experience with the Marzocchi's. These are fairly complicated and require some speciality tools, and extremely easy to do damage that will be an expensive fix later.

First red flag is that the rebound screw does not move. A fork overhaul is probably in order, replace the seals and oil, check all the screws too make sure they are not stripped, adjust the air pressure, and so on. The bonus is a shop that can perform this overhaul, will also be happy to show you how to maintain the fork and how to adjust everything properly, and if you don't have a fork pump, sell you that as well. Trust me, these can be challenging without knowing exactly what you are doing, I am highly trained and I still have issues now and then with Suspension Forks.

I have included a video with a Marzocchi tech guy explaining a slightly newer version of your fork, Yours is basically the same.

Here is the link to the Owners Manual for your fork. If this is not correct you can get any manual for any fork they have made off the Marzocchi website under tech.

There is a noise down the lower tube of my marzochi dirt jumper III is like loose spring inside?

This is a problem best dealt with at your local bike shop. It would be near impossible to tell you what is causing you a noise on a suspension fork.

If you have a loose spring or broken part inside, not taking the fork into a qualified mechanic could lead to a broken fork or a problem that does not allow the fork to work correctly. This could very much cause injury or worse.

Don't mess around with this one, take it into a shop.

The steerer tube is not listed as a separate part, therefore it can't be switched. Considering how critical it is to have strength at that junction it's not surprising that it is integrated.

Sure, that fork is (as you've guessed) a Bomber 22 Lo fork. Marzocchi has a product page for it here.
The owners manual doesn't have a parts diagram, but you can use their "Locate a service center" link at the bottom of that page to find an authorized shop near you.
