if this is the only email account you have then you will have to contact your email supplier to retrieve your password.always have a secound account so you can retrive lost passwords.let me know how you get on.

the factory password for my dvd player is 136900 but i too have this problem. i do not know how to disable the password

do you have the correct leads for your camera to the dvd player ?
Some leads are special for that task only
