Question about Kitchen Ranges
I was looking through this Turbo fry service manual
just now and looks like these units use something similar to a Kanthal spark/sensor.
The spark/sensor does 2 jobs. Lights the fire AND monitors the flame. If grease and junk gets on the spark sensor it won't confirm ignition and declare the failure. So clean up that thing real good or replace it and see if the problem is solved. Get your parts and service manual for your model here
