Question about Garden
Assuming it is a lever that inserts a tensioner pulley into the deck drive belt loop: replace the pulley AND the spring which keeps the tension on. also replace the deck drive belt. use your cell phone camera and take lots of pictures before you take it apart so you are not one of those guys asking for instructions as to how to route the belt when you are putting it back together. the parts can be obtained at lawn mower/small engine repair shops which can be found in the yellow pages and on line.
