Can't answer your question. right side if off the screen

best case scenario:
1)hover your mouse over the blue bar at the top of your web browser
2)left click and hold
3)try to drag window
4)at the top right of the browser there will be 3 boxes that look like
"[ _ ] [ [] ] [ X ] "minimize, maximize, and close... click maximize

worst case scenario (I hope):
1)find the menu button on your monitor and press it and try to navigate to something like "position" or "horizontal" and try to manually move your screen position. wish i could give more detail but I can't

How can i remove the window frames in Photoshop?

If I understood you right - the answer is TAB key on your keyboard. This will hide all toolbars and panels. Shift-Tab will hide everything except options and toolbox bars. You could also find F key useful - it rotates through fullscreen modes. 10_17_2013_6_07_22_pm.png

Monitor doesnt have fullscreen when connected to macbook

Either your Netbook cannot support that particular display,

or, more likeley, you need to adjust the resolution on the monitor to match the settings on your macbook.

There is a black 2 1/2inch bar on leftside of screen how do i adjust is?

if your lucky it's just your H-center is off tilt. to check this Press the menu button on your monitor. scroll through the options till you see Horizontal-center option. select this setting and move the screen to the left. The entire screen should start shifting to the left and fill in the screen. now if you do this and you get a black bar on the right. Center the screen where you have the same amount of black on both sides of the screen. scroll through your menu till you see the H-size. increasing this will fill in the black area. Hope this helps.

Toolbar in my internet explorer is almost gone

Are you missing the Internet Explorer toolbar that displays the File, Edit, and View menus? If so, you might have moved the Yahoo! Toolbar, or some other toolbar over the IE menu, or you might have gone into fullscreen mode accidentally.
First, make sure you aren't in fullscreen mode. If you are, you'll only see the navigation bar with the Forward, Back, and other buttons at the top of your screen. If that's the case:
  1. Press the F11 key on your keyboard.
  2. The other toolbars in IE should appear.
You can press F11 as many times as necessary to toggle between normal and fullscreen mode in IE.
If that doesn't solve the problem, you might have accidentally moved one of your other toolbars over the main toolbar. Try the following:
  1. Directly to the left of the Y!, you should see a thin vertical bar.
  2. Click this bar with the left mouse button and drag the toolbar straight down.
  3. Your main IE toolbar should now be visible.
Once your toolbars are how you want them, you can right-click the IE toolbar and select "Lock the Toolbars" to keep them from moving accidentally in the future.
If you're still having problems with your Internet Explorer toolbars, you might need to visit Microsoft's Internet Explorer support website.

Monitor is enlarged, wont return to normal size

You may have hit the "F11" key which takes the open window to fullscreen. "F11" toggles large, small... If not that, beboot. If that doesn't clear it up, then the display settings have gotten altered. Right click on the desktop, select "settings" and increase the resolution. Windows should prompt you to keep or reject the change. Select yes or no when prompted.

Picture is not centered on monitor leaving a 2 1/2" black border on Philips LCD

I have a Philips 30 inch LCD and solved the problem by using the circular arrow button on the TV remote. Pointing it at the TV and clicking "right" (3 o'clock on the button), the picture moved right. Same thing on for "left". Worked for me.
