Question about Computers & Internet
Glad to HELP YOU!
This is a boring error to track down. It is caused by several reasons [some obvious, some not so obvious...].
Usually this error is caused by trying to store a variable that is too small for the previously created byte field for that variable.
It [the error] comes from a malfunction of the Visual Basic.
TO FIX IT: are some things that might be done to get rid of that runtime error 6 overflow.
# clean your registry using a REGISTRY CLEANER software like CCleaner [from HERE];
# reboot your machine
# go on Visual Basic website and perform an update [HERE];
# download the FIX [update file] & install it;
# follow the indications that will appear on the screen during the installation and once is DONE perform a RESTART.
Now it should work fine.
Some references you will find HERE.
