James, back in 2009 the AC industry decided to stop producing condensers using R22 refrigerant. The inventory of equipment has been sold out for about a year now. The only choices you have at this point is to replace the actual compressor and contactor with a new dryer or replace the outside unit and inside coil with one that is rated for use with R410A refrigerant. By the time you change out a compressor, you will have more than 1/2 the price of a new system. Sorry for being the one to convey the not so good news to you.
