Thanks for your answer! Now at least I know why I can use only some of the buttons for feature access. I have no idea how to do what you said, so unless you can tell me how to reprogram those buttons, we'll just live with it. Thanks!

Try using FEATURE **2223772 2223772#. This is the access server admin. There might be a path there to reset passwords. On the MICS side use FEATURE **266344 266344# to access the system programming and password reset features. Answering System Feature Setup You can set up one feature at a time, or you can set up a feature and then move on to set up another feature. 1 Make sure the answering system is on. 2 Press and release Uuntil you hear the system announce the feature you want to set. Refer to the Feature Summary chart on page 54 for a description of the features and your choices. 3 Press cto hear the feature’s settings. 4 Press Uto move on to the next feature or press a PLAY/STOP button to exit Feature Setup.

To change the time, the code is "feature**time" The password is "basic". As for the line 2 issue...press "feature*0" then press each line button and see if line 2 is programmed on your phone. If it is there, is it programmed to ring? If you can access the line outbound, then you should be able to push the button to answer it inbound. Hope this helps.

Press feature then answer. You envoked ringing line pick up.
Press feature then speed dial button, dial a number like your dialing out, then feature again. You've just set a speed dial button.
Press feature, then 3 and you've changed your ringtone on a series i phone.
the access code is the number you dial to access an outside line like 9 or 81 etc.
To program a button to access a certain line pool, press feature *3 press the button you want to be the line pool access button then press feature 64 and the pool access code. ex. feature 649 or feature 6481
These Keys may be set as line keys instead of feature access or not tagged as "feature access" in the programming, also you can only have so many feature access keys... 8 comes to mind but I could be wrong, some features can be programmed permanently onto a button in the main programming so you can free up some more feature access (user programable) buttons.
Establish a conference call between yourself and two other parties.
1.Make or answer the first call. 2.Put the first call on hold. 3.Make or answer the second call. 4.After the second call is connected, press [Feature] . 5.Press the line or intercom button of the first held call. 6.Press [Rls] to end the conference call
To remove yourself from a conference permanently (unsupervised conference):
Press [Feature]  . The other two callers remain connected. (Some external lines may not support this feature.)
