best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Iphone won't recognize in my itunes? I tried restoring all the USBs but it still won't work. It charges and everything in the computer just won't recognize? Anyone know anything?

Hello, I'm going to try to work this issue with you.
If you had tried all the usb ports, different cables and drivers are installed, then we need to work with iTunes itself. Usually iTunes is more of a headache in Windows than in Mac.
First off, make sure that you have the latest version of iTune, if you have the latest version, then you could try a clean install. Meaning that you need to uninstall iTunes, remove all logs about iTune, reboot, and re-install iTune. Let me know if this works for you.

Hello,

You would have tried installing any of the programs again. To solve this problem, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE keys to open up Task Manager, and then try stopping current installations from there and try installing the program again.

ITunes installation problem

This happens occasionally when downloading something, a portion becomes corrupted. Try throwing that one away, redownload, and it should work. If it doesn't restart computer and then try installing the freshly downloaded one again.

HP laptop - explorer closes automatically when trying to install itunes

First of all use Firefox instead of internet explorer, its far more better than IE. Secondly when you want to install itunes, put your antivirus and spyware on hold (i.e. turn them off).
It it dosent work try reinstalling your OS without formatting your hard disk, this will repair your system if accidently you have deleted some installation file. And keep your system updated.
