Question about Samsung Reclaim Cell Phone

Every time I try to check my bubbles on my samsung reclaim it just says it's awaiting data refresh. It won't update. I have tried resetting the phone and also turning it on and off .

Won't send or receive phone calls.....I live in Australia...


hee is some guide :

* try to replace another sim and check if can receive or send calls

* also try the current sim into the other mobile if its working or not...

conclude weather the mobile or the sim had a problem

* also check the signal stability if its ok... might get some network failure if its dropping or

the mobile itself has the problem...

* lastly,try to reset the phone so all settings is refresh,but before doing reset,make sure you back up all important data of yours before proceeding..

If I add a large micro sd card to my Samsung Reclaim will it load some of the internet pages that currently give me the "not enough memory" message?


FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD TO PC AND PUT IT ON YOUR SAMSUNG PHONE AND FORMAT IT AGAIN..
THEN SET ALL YOUR STORAGE INTO MEMORY SO THAT YOUR PHONE WILL NOT FULL!

NOW IF ALL OF THOSE THING WILL NOT WORK TRY TO RESET YOUR PHONE
MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ALL YOUR IMPORTANT FILES BEFORE YOU RESET YOUR PHONES OR YOUR MEMORY CARD.

TO RESET YOUR PHONE TRY TO INPUT THIS CODE: *2767*3855#

Need to reset samsung reclaim sprint to factory setting


1.Reset to the default settings:
-From the carousel's Home tile, press the OK button for Menu
-Select Settings
-Select More (7)
-Select Security (12)
-Enter the User Lock Code (last 4 digits of phone number)
-Select Erase/Reset (3)
-Select Default Settings (0)
-Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm
-Press the left soft key for Yes again to confirm

2.Permanently delete all data and reset:
-From the carousel's Home tile, press the OK button for Menu
-Select Settings
-Select More (7)
-Select Security (12)
-Enter the User Lock Code (last 4 digits of phone number)
-Select Erase/Reset (3)
-Select Reset Phone
-Press the left soft key for OK to confirm
-Press the left soft key for Yes
-Press the left soft key for Yes again to confirm
After resetting your Samsung Reclaim M560, you will miss all data, so you should back up the necessary data first.

Something is wrong with my samsung reclaim, it said i needed to update i did but now it is on some screen i have never seen and i cant get out of it


when you update the cell phone you have to expect some changes but i recomend to restore to factory setings or format

My Samsung Reclaim won't let me add a new contact or edit any. The error message it sends says, 'Contacts entry restricted'. How do I fix this?


This mayt be because you have not enough memory, try and delete some memory and then try, Hope this helps you. :)

Does not save alarms


Go to Menu, Tools, Update software. The phone has a sotware update meant to address this issue.
