Make sure you are downloading the appropriate driver.
First determined what is the system type your operating system is.
Right click on My Computer then select on Properties.
Once you determined the system type of your operating system it is time to download the appropriate driver.
If your system type is 32bit you must download a driver were the file name has x86.
If you system type is 64bit you must download a driver were the file name has x64.
