Question about Blueant Z9 Wireless Headset
I crushed my phone and when the new one came (same Moto V365) can't get phone to 'find' same Z9. Have powered everything on and off. AT&T can't help...no surprise there.
All you do is hold down the volume up and down buttons along with the silver button on top simultaneously for just a second and the blue light will stay on. (yes, you will need both hands to do this) You are now in the pairing mode. Follow intructions on your phone and it should work. I got this solution at Blueant 1-866-891-3032.
