try this it will 100% work ....
Download the latest PSP system software version to take full advantage of all PSP has to offer. FROM LINK BELOW ...
    http://uk.playstation.com/psp/support/sy...
Update via Storage Media Before starting, use your PC to create a folder named 'PSP' on the storage media. Within the folder, create a folder named 'GAME' and within this folder create another folder called 'UPDATE' (These folder names are case sensitive and must appear in all capital letters). Once the UPDATE folder has been created, download the PSP system software update to this location from eu.playstation.com. after that all go under the game icin in main menu and select memory stick under the saved data utility and run the update utility and fallow the on screen instruction and restart your psp and its ready 4 use ....:-)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I cannot connect my psp go to the internet..i tried to connect it thru network setting but there is an error appears...how come?please help me...thanks..there is no game still in the psp go...

You can try this:

Go to "Settings" => "LAN Settings" => "Infrastructure Mode" => "New Connection" => "Scan" => *Select the IP address of your router, then, if the WEP key is enabled the router selected and enter the WEP code for your WEP key.

If you are still having trouble, just reply here with additional info like what connection you are using and the router you have.

Im trying too put the internet on my PSP 3000... but on the psp it said the SSID isnt supported...help plzz

Hi there... There is a point where you enter manually the SSID while trying to connect to your wireless network right? That point is the cue. The SSID you put in your PSP must be THE SAME (ultimately) with the NETWORK NAME, in order to communicate to it directly. Say, if your network is named MYHOME, your SSID in your PSP should also be MYHOME and putting it MY HOME (with space) will result to error. That's apart from the network password (WEP key) that you input in the next field...
Hope this helps...

Cant connect to the internet

You did not elaborate further why you cannot connect you PSP to internet. But I will assume that you have a wireless connection within reach and that your PSP Wi-Fi switch is turned on (switch on the right).
1.) If your wireless network requires a Network Key (WEP or WPA), you need to know the exact key to be able to connect to it. 2.) To connect to internet, open Internet Browser in your PSP and this will prompt you to connect to a Wireless network. 3.) To set-up, press the 'scroll right' button (>) until you reach the "Network Key". Choose the type of key your network is using (WEP, WPA or other) then press 'scroll right' (>) again until you reach the last menu. 4.) If you do not encounter any error, you can start browsing. If you still do, you may have to leave the specific errors or further details of your problem for us to assess...
P.S. My favorite is God of War (I hope you have tried playing it)...

My psp won't connect to the internet. it says, a commection error has occured. a connection to the access point could not be established. check the security settings for the network and try again.

First of all check if your wireless router requires (WEP KEY) to establish a connection then you will have to put same (WEP KEY) in PSP WLAN security setting and if your wireless router is set without (WEP KEY) then in PSP WLAN security setting it should be set to None. kindly refer to the following image.3782ff8.png

My PSP internet connection not supported to my access point.

The SSID is the NAME of your Routers connection. So you need to know your WiFi connections Name, That's the "Access point" Security, Is IF you assigned a WEP/WAP KEY, when the router was first setup. If NO Key is set, that is what it means "Unsecured",
You need to get a Netgear router manual, for your exact model, it shows all in pictures how to do it.

Wep key

Hello,

The WEP key is the encryption used in the wireless area network you are connecting to. You can ask this from the one who setup the wireless network.

Whta is the WEP key that I have to enter in my

The WEP key is generally specific to whatever network you are trying to connect to. If it is a public network owned by a company, ask the IT person or a staff member for the password. If it's your own network, check the router administration page for the WEP key.

PSP

Well it look like you might not have a WiFi network connection set up yet on your PSP. So This is what you want to do if you have DSL at home and a WiFi router. When you search for a new network connection and you find the one from your home, you will still need the WEP key wich is the most inportant in order to allow you PSP to use that WiFi connection. That must be why you are getting this error messege
