Question about Symantec Gateway Security 5460 (10097533) Firewall
My firewall is interfering with access to my internet. We had a bad storm and the log says it has stopped. We connected the internet directly to my laptop bypassing the firewall and it worked. Any suggestions is this a configuration issue? My 2 IT guys don't have a clue.
You have to configure the firewall to permit the internet work properly. If do not understand the setting uninstall it first then reinstall it back with sincere understanding about the each question asked by it.
Firewall are desinged to permit internet to work well
