Hi kaylyn_hotba,

If your Laser MP4-V970 has stopped working, it might caused by a battery issue. You probably let the battery run out one too many times. There are several ways on how to diagnose if you have a battery issue or you have a connection problem. Please follow the steps below for additional troubleshooting.

1. Check if the device has been corroded.
--> sometimes the inside of the case has been corroded that makes the connection won't make it through.

2. If it's corroded, use a soft or damp cloth and put some rubbing alcohol to really clean it well.

3. If cleaning the device didn't work, then most likely you have a battery issue. If the device is still in warranty, I recommend to contact the manufacturer so they can set up a repair for free.

Hope it helps.

Does the red light turn green when the retro Coleman 5312 is fully charged?

Read page 3 of the manual.
The red light is on when charging, it does not change colour but goes off when not charging. It will take up to 18 hours to charge for 9 hours of use on low.
12V Lead acid battery should be kept charged all the time, even when in storage.

I have a tablet that i got less then a Year a go and it stoped working on the therd time of using it

I hope you kept the receipt. It is likely still under warranty. That is your best shot.

You have only used it 3 times in a year?

Perhaps it stopped because it was discharged and the power adapter failed to charge it. You have to eliminate the basic causes. You could google troubleshooting for this brand and model, too.

Leave the charger plugged into it for at least a couple of hours on the off chance that there is not even minimum charge in the battery.

I am a bit curious as to just what you used the device for during those 3 occasions. I would not tend to imagine that you managed to download a virus during that time but bizarre things sometimes happen. Look up the brand and model and instructions for a hard reset for it. That may return it to factory defaults, just as it was coming out of the box.
