Hi - I can direct print to my Oki320T and it prints clearly using the resident font. When I print the same label from a pdf file (Using Courier or Courier Bold) it does not print clearly. - Do you know of...

I do not believe any font declaration in the pdf file is interpreted by the printer. PDF files are really nothing more than graphic files and are therefore printed in graphics mode not character mode.

P Touch 1880 indicates MAX font size, but prints smaller sized label. If I print one word at a time, it prints in MAX size. If I print two or more words, it prints smaller font. Weird, new problem.

Sounds like you may have a maximum length set that keeps you from printing over a certain length of label and it is adjusting your font size to fit that length. You may need a manual to figure out how to reset the length.

Zebra TLP2844 does not print the barcode label

Can you print the barcode using the software that come with the printer. Zebra TLP2844 come with basic Designer software. Test whether it's printing the barcode or not.

IF it prints the barcode via its software, then you might be having barcode font problem between your application/os and the printer.

Zebra 105sl - printer does not print correct size

This can happen if you have the wrong dpi setup. For instance the 105sl can be either 203dpi or 300dpi. If your printhead is 300dpi and the label you create is expecting 203dpi, then you will see shrunken label. Your situation doesn't exactly sound like this is the case but it may be worth checking.
