First, I appreciate the details provided in your question.
Laptop heating issue generally occurs due to fan failure, which may damage the system, if not checked properly. Another cause of overheating is the dust present inside the laptop, which clogs the fan and heatsink.
1. Make sure the fan is running. (if not it needs replacement)
2. Clean the fan and heat sink (thermal module). Click here for laptop disassembly instructions and refer to
Removing the System Fan/Thermal Module after removing the outer cover. Take out the fan and heat sink. clean them with the help of tooth brush and put it back. Also, Acer 5310 Repair Manual can be downloaded/ referred.
The procedure is very simple, but if you are not comfortable with working inside electronics, I suggest that you should get you laptop checked by a professional for servicing (if required). I believe immediate action is required to prevent any damage to your machine and data.

Hope it Helps! Let me know if i could be of any further assistance.

Acer aspire e1-532 battery led off when plug the ac adapter and does not power up

It is beyond what I can diagnose remotely, as it fails to power up even on just the AC adaptor, without the battery.

It needs a professional repair, which means opening it up to find out why it fails to start or even show a screen, which means no software fix can be done.

Hello my acer aspire 5310 still keeps going off itself without any notification,i even installed a new copy of oS,the problem wont jst go,i took it to engineers, they couldnt get it done and i've been...

Your description indicates it may be overheating.
If you wish to continue using laptop, suggest you raise/elevate the laptop to allow more air flow for cooling.
You could purchase a laptop stand, made of mesh material an place a small desk fan behind the stand. This would generate additional air flow to cool the laptop.

I cannot get my acer aspire 4315 to AC power up. new batteries are ok. i have changed the power jack but no difference. please help

Check the light on the AC adaptor when plugged in to the laptop. If it is flashing, it indicates that the power is being "spat back". That is, not completing the circuit. Means that you have a fault in the charging circuit. I'd check for burning around the contacts where the DC port was soldered onto the board / or if the plug type, check the socket on the mobo is not damaged and is firmly soldered on.

After that, (if not already done) check the output voltage of the adaptor with a multimeter, might be a simple failure of the ac adaptor, even though it looks ok

My Acer Aspire 9805 battery was replaced. For

It could be an AC adaptor issue.

It should boot when connected directly to the power outlet through the laptop adaptor. If it is not boot, then the adaptor might not be supplying the needed power to boot it up.

If it is possible, try to isolate the issue. Charge your new battery using another laptop. Then plug it in your laptop to see if it works. If it will work, then it is the AC adaptor of your laptop that is defective. If the charged battery still won't make the laptop boot, then there is something wrong with your laptop hardware. If could be a motherboard issue of your laptop.

Pop-up acer edata security management each time open laptop

I would go to the program file itself (it might be on the desktop, might be in the start menu, or might be in a folder in C:\Program Files) open up the acer e-manager and look for an option for settings.  You should be able to un-select options for security notifications and automatic updates.  I do not have the program on this computer, but I have seen it before on other laptops.  Most all programs like that will let you change the settings.  The security updates are not entirely necessary, so long as you have an anti-virus program installed on your computer.  So just turn off the auto-updates and the notifications through the program itself.

Pc is telling me to plug it in when the battery is at 90%

The battery needs to be conditioned. To condition a battery, plug in the AC adaptor and charge it to 100%. Unplug the AC adaptor and run the battery completely down to 0% or until the computer shuts itself down or goes into a hibernate mode. Once this occurs, plug the AC adaptor back in and fully re-charge the battery to 100% again. You should now be good to go.

Let me know what happens and if this has solved your problem. Thank you, Binary Bob
