If you have the manual, it's should be written there. If you don't have the manual, search for the computer's or motherboard's specification. In the google search box, type in the system's name with "specification" eg. Hp Mini 210 specification, and look for the specification. You'll be able to find out the sound card and the sound drive codec of that particular system or motherboard.
The best way to get the specs is from the manufacturer's website. If you need further help, let me know.
