Question about Pantech Duo Smartphone
When I try and connect to the internet it comes up with an information browser that says, "The remote party has ended this connection?" Is there something wrong with the phone or with the service provider At&t?
I work for at&t and have seen this problem before there are 2 things you should try. First, try doing a soft reset by removing the battery from the phone while it is still on, and if that doesn't work you should go to your nearest Corporate Owned retail store and have a rep check it out in the system, it can be fixed usually by removing your data feature and readding it to your account. If this doesn't solve the problem then the rep should contact the tech dept., who has to go into the network and fix it on their end.
