Question about Apple iTunes

Open Question

I uploaded a couple of tunes given to me on a flash drive. It seems that they were originally purchased from iTunes. Now as soon as I open iTunes from my desktop it defaults to iTunes store and starts auto connecting and a windows dialogue box opens in the middle of the screen within the Blue band at the top it says "Accessing iTunes" underneath a green tracer bar showing attempted connection. This runs in conjuction with the iTunes connecting display at the top of the screen where the Apple is and once connected as soon as I type a character in the search box the screen display starts again and I cannot key another character until it settles. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times, not much joy from iTunes support. Any answers

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You'll need to use iTunes to convert the song to an MP3 file instead of its default AAC format file.

In iTunes, right-mouse click on the song that you purchased using iTunes and select "Create MP3 Version".

You can then place the MP3 version of the music file on your MP3 player.

How do I simply add the new music?

An iPod can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. once you got a new iTunes library or a new computer. You have to authorize your iPod to it at first, then you can upload music and video from the new iTunes to your iPod. But this way will overwrite the originial files on iPod with the new iTunes. You may try this iPod transfer, it can help you copy files from iPod to computer for backup, you can also use it as an iTunes alternative to upload music and video. It will not erase your original iPod files. It's safe and works pretty well for me. http://www.ipod-transfer-copy.com/ipod-transfer-mediawidget.html
Hope it helps. Contact me if you have any other question.

Cannot put movie from i-tunes on 3rd geneation i-pod nano

I just had this issue- I bought a movie off iTunes, and could view it on the computer, but it wouldn't go on to my iPod. I looked around and found instructions to open iTunes and on the home page of your iTunes where it shows you how much space you have, you can restore original settings, etc., if you click on "manage iTunes manually" or "manage music and videos manually" and then click apply you will be able to move your movie on to your iPod. In your iTunes library you just have to drag and drop the movie onto the iPod icon that appears in the left menu when your iPod connects to iTunes. It took about 10 minutes for mine to fully upload onto my iPod- so make sure you wait to disconnect until it tells you to. I hope this helps! What I read is that when managing the music and videos manually instead of it doing it automatically, you can move the videos and music as you'd like.
