This is a common error with these units when they get dusty from putting dirty disks inside the drive. Just go to your local staples and or walmart and get a 5 dollar disk player cleaning kit. It looks like a plain cd but has small fibers that come out of the bottom of the disc that clean the laser as it spins and tries to read it.
If you dont have a cd inside the player, Then use a spare cd and cover it up with a thin, soft and clean cotton cloth and move it back and forth in the cd player. This problem occurs when the ejctors get dirty.Make sure the the player is in the OFF position when you do this.If you have a cd insde then you will need to eject it by force using a vey thin screw driver and prying the cd to make it eject.
I just had this problem today and when I attempted to eject the CD it would give me an error message that stated (ERR 32). Apparently this means that there is something blocking the movement of the screen, a little manipulation should help the issue. Another variable could be the Eject lock feature, essentially a "child lock" for your disc. When this lock is activated it prevents the CD in the deck to be ejected. You can change this by holding down the blue source button and the eject button simultaneously for about 2 or 3 seconds. A message should appear saying "No Eject" and one that repeatedly flashes "Eject on" These two things seemed to help me alot when I had this issue. If those things don't work I would recommend calling JVC, much to my suprise they were actually really helpful. Their number is 1-800-252-5722.
what kind of vehicle do you have? i am going to guess your vehicle has a stock amp that it uses to power your speakers? you will have to hook up the remote wire for the amp to the wire that powers the amp in your vehicle (the stock amp) right now it seems like you have the "power antenna" wire hooked up to the stock amp in your vehicle.
