If you lift off the rubber mat, you might be able to get to the belt. The other way is near the spindle, it might have horseshoe clip holding it on.

I had the same problem, I put a drop of WD40 penetrating oil at centre of turntable around the spindle, let stand for a while, then grabbed table thru hand holes at opposite sides, push up with thumbs, you need to work at it, it finally came loose, the table is centered on a tapered bore, so it is a good fit and was just stuck, good luck.
