I have a miller 1995 bobcat 225G with a onan motor with a external fuel pump and out the back of the fuel pump is a whole that oil is coming out of what would be causing this to happen?

it could be a stop solenoid hole or a simple oil filler hole that the plug has fallen out of
contact an onan service center and ask the service person what would be missing

Miller Legend welder. Onan engine starts and runs a few minutes then dies. Why won't it restart for 5 minutes?

Some engines have a low oil cutoff switch. If the oil level drops to a certain point it kills the engine. Your oil level may be close enough that after starting and running for a little bit the level drops enough to kill the motor. After sitting for awhile the level rises enough to allow the engine to run again check the level and add oil if necessary.
Hope this helps.

Where is idle control on 2007 4.2 ford f150

Your vehicle has electronic throttle control or some call it drive by wire ! There is a 12 volt dc motor on the throttle body the PCM controls !
The electronic TAC is a DC motor controlled by the PCM (requires 2 wires). The gear ratio from the motor to the throttle plate shaft is 17:1. There are 2 designs for the TAC, parallel and in-series. The parallel design has the motor under the bore parallel to the plate shaft. The motor housing is integrated into the main housing. The in-series design has a separate motor housing. Two springs are used; one is used to close the throttle (main spring) and the other is in a plunger assembly that results in a default angle when no power is applied. The force of the plunger spring is 2 times stronger than the main spring. The default angle is usually set to result in a top vehicle speed of 48 km/h (30 mph). Typically this throttle angle is 7 to 8 degrees from the hard stop angle. The closed throttle plate hard stop is used to prevent the throttle from binding in the bore (~0.75 degree). This hard stop setting is not adjustable and is set to result in less airflow than the minimum engine airflow required at idle. For additional information, refer to Torque Based Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) in this section.

Still have no spark on an Onan P218G engine after renew Ignition Module.

Sounds like you may be missing a ground. In the vehicle the frame acts as a ground. Not true on floor

I have an onan marquis 5500 watt RV generator that runs fine ,but won't generate.

Call Onan and tell them the Inverter Board is bad. If you're not producing AC Power, have them send you a new board or warranty the entire genset. It's unusual for Onan products to go out like that, but not unlikely that this is the source of the problem.

Typically, the DC motor outputs at 12 volts, so the leads going in to the inverter are only going to be a ground and a positive lead. Should be very simple to replace. Worst case scenario is you can hook an external inverter up to the DC leads on the front of that generator. Might not get the full 5.5kw from the system, but you'll be able to produce some power.

Onan model 5BGMFA26105D GENERATOR need to replace starter and solenoid. starter will not engage.

Hi, well i would take the starter motor off and check out the "Bendix" spring, that is the part that "Throws" the start gear into contact to mesh with the starter ring gear. Often these simply "Seize" and need a good whack and lube... try that first before outlaying any money, this just may fix it. Also check to see if the solenoid is OK, do this by applying 12 V DC to the solenoid, wires, and see if it activates, also check that the "Contacts" aren't "Blown Off" by putting a meter set to OHMS across the solenoid contacts and when activated it should go "Short Circuit" across the terminals.
