The key to the left of the += key. Press shift and the key to the left of += and you'll get an underscore.

I think the laptop is a HP G62. Check for the actual model number. If it is a G62 it should say G62 followed by some other numbers like G62-100EB then google the memory for it. I think it should be DDR3

HP G62 laptop the "a"

You can pull the key from the keyboard by wiggling it back and forth and pulling gently, like a loose tooth. One it's out, you can position the key back onto the spot where it belongs and then push it on. It may take a few tries, but as long as the connector isn't broken, you should be able to get it back on.

I cant figure out how to make the "underscore" work

The underscore key is the one after the zero key on the top row of the keyboard. Just hold down shift before you press the underscore/dash key.

Underscore key doesnt work on laptop and I need to use it :(

To use the underscore once straight away, just copy from here "_" and paste it wherever you need it.
