Question about Computers & Internet
What you need to do is go to the microsoft website, and download the newest directx for your operating system.
If it's windows xp, then you need directx 9, vista uses directx 10 and windows 7 utilizes the directx 11 software.
Also, you will need the latest drivers for your video and sound cards.
Most likely, it is the video drivers that are causing the problem, as d3d needs the most recent to set the device up properly and so that it will work as it is supposed to.
Hopefully, when all the software is topped off, your programs should work properly!
Good luck to you, and have a good day!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
