Question about Cell Phones
From Samsung Support, to reset phone:
1. From Idle mode, touch - Settings - Phone - Reset
2. At the Continue prompt, touch Yes to reset, or No to
3. Enter your phone password, if prompted and touch OK.
4. After the phone settings have been reset, the Reset Phone
done confirmation displays.
Once your phone has been reset to its default settings for those selected options, it will restart itself in order to
incorporate the new settings.
If you have already performed the above, please provide how you are aware that you are using line 2, instead of line 1 - what specific message or code.
Hope this helps.

If you go to Settings->Network Services. Here you will find an option to change the Lines. 1 to 2 and 2 to 1. Do that and call happily everafter.
