What youre experiencing sounds like a power failure within the control board. I recommend sending in the control board (the clock where you see the time and temperature and connected membrane) into FixYourBoard.com for evaluation. We'll test the control to verify it is faulty before repairing. does the clock work? try a hard reset (turn off the circit breaker for 1 min .. then turn back on or you can also check TCO you under the grille be sure to turn the power off

We've seen similar problems due to an intermittent failure in the control board. If you can have it removed we can likely repair it for you.
