From Microsoft:
Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-clicking Event Viewer.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

under windows logs look for system
in system the look for a message with a red icon, it will tell you why your computer is rebooting

For a computer that new get it repaired under warranty, if it is having problems now, they will get worse the older it gets and more expensive.

Go to:
Download CCleaner, Malwarebytes run Malwarebytes first
and of course Ccleaner. run all scans in Ccleaner registry, cleaner and in tools check startup and disable anything you don't want to start up at boot. after all scans are done reboot system. Oh! in Malwarebytes be sure to tick all boxes ( R/click on any one and select check all) and delete!

Hi... when i increase volume my laptop internal speaker's sound burst, high pich echo sound comes. and every time a noise comes out of it even here is nothing played.. is this a technical problem or...

Try to use system restore, so that for you to be able to analyze the problem. Click on start then select all programs, then accessories , system tools, system restore. Please select the day or time you think your loptop was working properly just before you encountered the sound problem. wait till it reboots. select ok at windows option. try it if it still exists. Have a nice day.

My acer aspire 5742z laptop keeps shutting down at random points. I don't think its overheating as the bottom of it is not hot enough. Have you heard of this issue before? Thanks

Issues like this mostly caused by a program or simply a corrupted operating system updates. I would suggest we try restoring the laptop back in time when the issue is not yet present. We can achieve this by performing System Restore, if I'm not mistaken, this laptop has Windows 7. Please click on the Start button, then go to All Programs> Accessories> System Tools and then finally System Restore. Please select a date when the issue is not yet present. Then, please reboot the laptop.
Hope this helps.
