Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a drum stuck in the machine with a T1 error message. I saw the latest post on this problem but cannot located the latch/hook the gentleman speaks of. I service manual is in route, but need to get this running asap. Any help? Thanks I have a master stuck around the drum so the machine wont let me release the drum, it keeps saying master stuck in disposal unit but there is not! It also comes up T1 but the catch as listed on problems solved is not engaged, does anyone know how to manually release the drum?
I had this problem too: just unlock the hook under the drum; disengage the drum then pull out the drum; then check the home position if not in position open the behind cover, pull the belt until you get the puller to the home position. You will get the same problem if you will not put the main drum puller to the home position. email@example.com

The hook is located just above the power supply once the back cover is off. Also there is a drum release centered under the drum that a screwdriver can disengage.
