Did you enter the product key that means serial key. if you use it that means it is registered version otherwise that was trial version. please use the original software or serial key.
and the second way you can restore your system from previous restore point. just go to start menu. select all programs > Accessories>System Tool> System Restore. Then select the system restore from restore point. please before restore your system select the restore point which was best. thanks
