First you have to know have you bluetooth device that means hardware. you can know about it just go to control panel and here you will get a bluetooth icon if it has.
and the other way click right mouse on my computer icon. after clicking the properties then it shows system properties. now you will click hardware tab and then device manager. Now you will see every device in your system. thanks.
