Question about Whirlpool 3.2 cu. ft. Plus Washer
It could be that some junk got into the base of the tub. Sometimes a rug will leave sediment in the tub. Try to remove the hose going to the water level switch and blow out the sediment. Reattach the hose and pump out water to allow the air pressure to build in the washer when yall restart it.
