Hi bev,

I see that you can't change from HDMI to TV mode, on your TV remote look for the button that should say input or source it should give you a list of input / source on your TV just select TV or there should be a TV button on your remote control for the TV, this should make your TV got to mode.

I hope that this will help you regarding your query, have a nice day.

Switching from HDMI2 watching computer back to HDMI1 to TV channels I have no picture coming on the TV. Why ?

Look if there is a FIRMWARE update for your model of TV and the SAORVIEW.

Many a times, the TV lock in with the frequency and will not release until the proper reset command arrives.

Try switching to a different resolution on the computer before you switch HDMI port

I was using this TV for my Wii Console. Now when switching on TV says: NO SIGNAL! I do not have a remote and do not know to search for signal. I changed cable to HDMI1 and 2 but no change

How did you operate and set up the TV without the remote previously?

In any event you can purchase a universal remote from an electronics store. Pick one that is marked as working with your brand of TV.
As long as the TV is set in the correct mode for TV reception and has the correct tuner, and as long as you can use that remote to access the onscreen menu, you will be able to set up a channel search and get TV reception restored.

Before you do anything just check that the TV is in the correct mode for TV reception and not set instead as a monitor for connection to another device.

I am getting no service on my Samsung TV- using Direct TV. Also cannot reach service line which I pay for monthly.Samsung TV- Direct TV. Picturing working in Living Room, not in Bedroom.

Make sure the DirecTv receiver is powered, and the appropriate cables are connected correctly to the tv, then use your tv remote to change inputs to the one the cables are connected to. (Hdmi1 for hdmi1, etc). As long as you have the right input, and both items are powered, you should at least have a message on screen, if not programming.

55" Vizio LCD changes input when we turn volume up/down

hi it sounds like you have a software problem could be the epprom chip on the main board this is the memory chip, you could try the service mode and do a factory reset see if this cures the problem .
here is how you get into service mode Press "Menu," and then press "2," "4," "8," "9." do not adjust anything else just select reset , you will have to retune the tv in again hope it helps

Deep sleep mode on digital tv

We turn off the TV. Turned it back on using the tv turner remote that comes with the set, we push the HDMI1 mode button immediately! Must do before it goes to Deep Sleep mode. You should not use RGB mode as this will cause the problem to repeat. (Vizo HD 50") Keep trying if doesn't work the first time. You have to be ready and quick to get the mode HDMI1.
