Question about Sewing Machines
You can go to the consew official website and download the PDF file for the 210 model. It's the same as the 230 r-1 (which i have). I found this information by calling the consew headquarters. General machine threading help is on www.sewing.about.com, which might get you started.
Most machines have similar features in terms of how the stitch is formed, ie usually front loading bobbin in a case with a tension spring. Or a top loading bobbin where you click the thread into a tension spring.
However, you may be able to get a Consew manual from Consew themselves, they list a parts diagram and may be able to sell you a manual. I've always considered $20 or so for the right manual money well spent to best use the machine.
