Sounds like you have a stuck key. the key board may need to be replaced. This can happen if liquid has been splashed or spilled on it, or a build up of dust and dirt.
You can try getting a can of compressed air at WalMart and blowing the keys out to clear any dust build up. May work, but it may ultimately need to be replaced. Would need to take it to a repair center to have it checked out.
