If you cannot access the bios, you can reset it using the Jumer J1 situated under the memory modules in the memory expansion bay.

check sound driver installed in device manager or if stopped working after update roll driver back
In Device Manager, locate the device that you want to roll back the driver for.

if you mean you want to reset everything then i'm going to assume that you want to reformate your pc. And as far as your icons go i'm going to assume that your talking about your My Computer and My Documents icons and if you want thouse on your desk top do the following:
Right click the taskbar and go to properties
Next click the start menu tab
Choose classic start menu and your icons should appear on the desktop
