Question about Car Audio & Video
This kind of symptom indicated of overload that's why it goes to subsequent shutdown. Most overload was caused by faulty power supply circuitry due to out-of-regulation and/or the sound output circuitry.
Power supply fault - the common caused of out-of-regulation here is the filter electrolytic capacitor. Once dried it will affect the performance of the supply feeding the other circuitry. To determine its condition you must have a capacitor checker.
Sound output circuitry fault - also filter electrolytic capacitor in this section is one caused of the symptom. Another was the output IC which has a leak in its internal circuitry which caused the parts to overheat just a minute of operation.
Another caused was due to bad solder joints(crack/dried/cold solder). This kind of trouble needs to check by a qualified technician to isolate the trouble.
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
