Hi,

This is a possible hardware failure. You can try these steps:

1. Try resetting the bios to factory settings using the the jumper.(check your motherboard manual for that).
2. Remove the memory, then turn on the pc. If you do not hear any beeps, it is not a memory failure.
3. Disconnect all cables connected to the motherboard except the power cable for your motherboard.
Turn on the pc and check if there is a beep or video. If it still does not work it could be your motherboard or processor.

I try to put it processor in my other pc and it works.. I also try to not input a memory on it and there's a beep

I see. Is it a long beep? if it is it indicates that the motherboard is working. Try cleaning the memory contacts with a pencil eraser. You can also try using another memory.

My APC ups doesn't power on

If your APC UPS is new but was stored unused for awhile, the battery may have discharged completely. You may find a comparatively less expensive and less time consuming solution is replacement.

Hi! Per our UPS problem is when open 3 or 4 hours, then auto Off the UPS. please let me know what the problem. And i need to change the PCB board or just repair the PCB board? Thanks Regards

If you unplug the unit and it powers your PC for 3 or 4 hours then turns off, it is because the batteries are empty and this is normal. If it is plugged-in with power and shuts itself off after a few hours, then the battery cells may be in need of replacing. You can purcase an inexpensive replacement battery here: http://www.upsforless.com/browseproducts/Powercom-Replacement-Battery-Kit-BNT-500A-BNT-500AP-BNT-600AP-BNT-800AP-KIN-425CSU-KIN-625CS.HTML

Keeps beeping every 2 seconds...

It sounds like its possible your battery is discharged or close to the end of its life, and needs to be replaced, but without better details its impossible to know the exact cause.

Pc is restarting every 3 - 4 minutes , even though it is connected directly without a UPS(it is free from viruses )

i am a pc tech and of course i can only listen to you and give advice and things to do to determine the source of the issue, i am first thinking overheating, dirty fan blades and a cloged cpu heatsink will surely cause this kind of problem,? is the pc new/old, is it clean or not,and also what is the make and model and specs , ram, processor, hd gb, and if possible open the side of it and look for lots of dust and look for the fan and be sure it is working there will be atleast 2 one for the inside box and one on the motherboard(the large circuitboard) see if they are working and if they are clean . get back to me and i will respond asap Robert Alan

Ups randomly shuts off

Hi, Could be anything but chances are it's the battery. It's very rare (but still happens) for the electronics of a UPS to be faulty. Try leaving the UPS powered on but without any load (PC, monitor, printer off) for a few hours or better still overnight. Try it again and observe if the random shut off occur. If yes, then it is time for a replacement battery. At certain instances, it may be that the UPS is working too much (overloaded), try just running the CPU to the UPS and the monitor directly connected to the mains. Hope this be of help/idea. post back how things are or should you need further information. Good luck and kind regards.

Keeps making a beeping noise

Hi, if the unit is fairly new, you may want to claim warranty check or replacement. If it has been used for some time, it may be that: 1) the battery is dying, 2) not getting enough charge or 3) too much load. For 1, battery replacement might be required. Care should be taken since this requires opening the enclosure, removing the old battery (might have acid leaks) and replacing with a new one. For 2), any competent techncian could diagnose and repair. For 3) try removing all other loads to the UPS and just run the PC with the monitor and see if the problem still exist. Hope this works for you and please let me know how things trun up. Regards.
