Question about Garmin GPS
If you are in any open area it should acquire a satellite almost immediately or in less than a minute. I suggest you contact Garmin to have it sent in for repairs. Garmin's website is www.garmin.com go to the top right of the webpage and click on My Garmin. If your already registered on the website then put in your info if not then create an account. After that look up support and either call Garmin or Email Garmin for repairs.
I hope this helps you out if it does please give me a Yes on the page you are reading this response on. Thank you.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
