Question about Samsung UN40C6300 TV
Flickering is caused my the refresh rate of the tv. EX: 60Hz 120Hz 240Hz. The higher the refresh rate the less amount of flicker. The faster it refreshes the faster the human eye can not "see" the flicker. You are dealing with a slow refresh rate and sadly there is no way to fix that. I would suggest looking under video options of your tv. Look for anything to do with "anti blur" or anything to do with cleaning up your image. This will slow your refresh rate even more if they are enabled. Once you disable those features you may lose some quality but that will be better than a consistant flicker of the screen!
Thank you and please rate if this helped :)
