The graphics cards ARE VERY RARE nVidia, not sure if it is for the C600, but typically in the Lat series Cs there are 32, 64, and 128MB options, mainly ATI, and mainly the C640 with Pentium 4. I maybe thinking of the C610 with Tualatin P3 chip, so do a search for 'video' with that model. Typically it's 8MB vid ram ATI Rage

My dell laptop wont do disk check and wont continue on windows what will i do to fix it

You should try to boot it into safe mode and then run a virus scanner you should also be able to run disk check in safe mode. Usually pressing the F12 key during bootup will bring you to the boot menu. You have to watch carefully because the option appears really fast at the beginning of bootup.

The video card is NOT upgradeable.

the system should support a 120 GB HDD

NOTE: This system is old enough to be considered operationally obsolete and not a good candidate for an upgrade. Especially with new portables starting at $499

You may be able to change the amount of shared ram allocated to the video card in the laptop's BIOS, but since the card is built into the mainboard, it cannot be upgraded.
